Purpose of this website

The purpose of this website is to provide information in respect of the claim filed in the Netherlands by the Amsterdam law firm Kennedy Van der Laan, on behalf of Mercedes diesel owners and lessees across Europe and to provide claimants with the opportunity to register to be kept informed of progress in the claim.

By registering your interest via this website, you confirm that you have the genuine intention of following the claim as a potential class member. You also confirm that you have not formally instructed another lawyer or entity to bring a Mercedes diesel emissions claim for you. Further, you confirm that you are not acting on behalf of other claimants in making a claim similar to this one and you are not in any way affiliated with any of the proposed Defendants, nor will you pass on any information about the claim to the proposed Defendants. You acknowledge that your communications with the Emission Claim Foundation are confidential and you agree to keep them confidential.
