Experience
  • Clare’s passion for class-action work arose when she joined the inauguration team in Switzerland to set up the Claims Resolution Tribunal for Dormant Accounts to administer the US $1.25 billion settlement agreement in the Holocaust Victim Assets Litigation.
  • Following four years within the administration function of the Tribunal in Switzerland, Clare spent a year in the United States working on class-action notice and administration matters. She specifically worked closely with Special Master Judah Gribetz, the Jewish Claims Conference and the German Federal Government. 
  • She then returned to London to focus on mass claims notice and administration in the UK and Europe, as a partner at Forensic Risk Alliance and founder of Case Pilots Ltd.
  • During her time at Forensic Risk Alliance, Clare was also a member of the working group on the participation of victims in proceedings before the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

Over the course of her career as an expert in litigation solutions and consumer claims, Clare has successfully advised a wide variety of litigations and claims administration processes including

Personal Insight

Clare enjoys regular participation in sporting events to raise money for charity. Recently, Clare became a volunteer mentor with the Social Mobility Foundation, a charity providing opportunities and networks of support for 16- and 17-year-olds in need.
